Strawberry pie

Ingredients :

1lb strawberries

1 ts lemon juice

1 tbs sugar

1 box vanilla pudding mix - the sugar-free kind if you are watching calories ....

1 cooked pie crust

Directions :

1. Put the pie crust in the fridge - it helps harden the crust

2. Clean and cut the strawberries in halves, strain. In a bowl, combine strawberries,  sugar and lemon juice. Store in the fridge.

3. Prepare vanilla pudding according to directions on package. Pour on the crust. Put back in the fridge for 20 min. After he 20 min. dispose the strawberries on the pudding layer and pour the juice left in the bowl all over the pie
