QUICHE

 Ingredienst for 3-4 persons

- 1 frozen pie crust, thawed

– 4 eggs, only 3 yolks

– 4 tbs milk

– 4 tbs grated cheese ( I advise swiss cheese )

- 1 tomato, diced

– 4 slices lunch meat ,chopped

– 4 oz mushrooms

– salt, pepper, herbs

Directions :

> mix all the ingredients, pour in pie crust

> cook in oven 400 F for 20 min. or until center firm and golden color.
